Is a Motor-Vault garage suite the same as a storage unit?
No. You own a garage suite outright, and it sits in a gated community with a clubhouse rather than a row of rented lockups.
How is this different from a car condo or garage condo?
You hold title either way. Motor-Vault adds the clubhouse, the events and a community of owners who use their suites rather than just park in them.
Can I keep my RV, trailer or side-by-sides there?
