Motor Vault Deer Valley is now open for sales and scheduled to be complete this Fall 2024.  We offer a wide variety of sizes with depths ranging from 30'-50' and widths that vary from 19'-30'.  Furthermore, walls can be left out between suites creating pull-through's that cater to RV's or wider spaces for that much extra needed space.

Every garage at Motor Vault is air-condition ready, secure, and easy to access with motorized 14’ high, 18’ or 16’ wide remote-control doors that will accommodate even the tallest trailerable boats and motorhomes.  110V power to multiple outlets, individual electric meters, and a host of other luxury features.
