- Answer your enquiry and follow up about suites, pricing, tours and availability
- Send you updates about the community you asked about, including waitlist and priority list news
- Send text messages, only if you have asked us to, as set out in SMS terms below
- Send marketing and promotional messages, only if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time
- Understand how the website is used so we can improve it
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information.
Mobile opt-in and sharing.
If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box on a form, or ask us by phone or email, we may send you text messages as described in SMS terms below. Giving consent is optional and is never a condition of buying or leasing anything.
No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. We use service providers to run our website, forms and messaging, and they may process your information only to provide those services to us. Your mobile opt-in and consent to receive text messages are never shared, sold or passed on for anyone else’s marketing.
