Everything on this website is provided to help you picture what a Motor-Vault suite could be. It is conceptual and informational, and it is not a substitute for the documents that govern an actual purchase.

Renderings and images

Renderings, illustrations, floor plans, and site plans shown here are artist concepts. They are not to scale and not survey-grade. Furnishings, vehicles, mezzanines, lifts, cabinetry, lighting, and finishes shown in images are for illustration only. Unless a specific item is identified in your purchase agreement as included, it is an owner addition made after closing and is not part of the suite as delivered.

Photographs may show completed communities other than the one described, or a suite that has been finished by its owner. Landscaping, exteriors, and common areas are subject to change during design and construction.

Interactive tools

The suite planner, fit calculators, availability maps, quizzes, and any other interactive feature on this site are estimating aids. They use nominal dimensions and simplified shapes, and they do not account for door swing, columns, slope, equipment placement, mirrors, hitches, roof racks, trailer tongues, or turning clearance.

A result showing that a vehicle fits is an estimate, not a guarantee. Confirm real-world clearances before relying on any result.

Dimensions, availability, and pricing

Suite dimensions are nominal and approximate. Actual interior dimensions, ceiling heights, door openings, and usable square footage vary by unit and by location, and may differ from what is shown here. Unit numbering on availability maps is provisional and subject to change.

Availability, pricing, features, amenities, and completion timelines are subject to change without notice. Features included at one Motor-Vault community may not be included at another.

Communities in planning

Some communities described on this site are in planning or under development and are not yet approved, permitted, or constructed. Descriptions of planned communities reflect current intent and are subject to change, to municipal approvals, and to conditions outside our control. A planned community may not be built.

Please verify before you buy

Before making a purchase decision, confirm all dimensions, specifications, inclusions, and availability directly with a Motor-Vault representative and in the written documents for your transaction, including the purchase agreement, recorded plat, architectural plans, association or governing documents, and any applicable disclosures. Those documents control. Where anything on this site differs from them, the documents govern.

We encourage buyers to visit the property, review the plans, and have the transaction reviewed by their own attorney, lender, insurer, and tax advisor.
