The Idea

Motor-Vault Shea & 101 is planned as an upscale community of private garage suites in the heart of Scottsdale, built for collectors, motor enthusiasts and anyone who has outgrown the garage at home. You own your suite outright, rather than renting space by the month.
Every suite is yours to finish: a showroom, a workshop, a lounge, or all three. A members-only clubhouse sits at the front of the community, with a country-club-style social calendar for people who would rather talk cars than talk about them.
Design
Room for cars, boats and every toy.
Collector cars, daily drivers, motorcycles, boats, off-road rigs: private toy storage in Scottsdale usually means a rented unit or a crowded home garage. The renderings show wide, shaded drive aisles and oversized doors opening onto them, with room to pull in, turn around and work on something.

Planned just off the Shea Boulevard and Loop 101 interchange, one of the most convenient spots in the Valley. It is minutes from Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, North Scottsdale and the Scottsdale Airpark, and surrounded by the shopping and dining of the Shea corridor.

What is a car condo?
A car condo is a privately owned garage space, deeded to you the way a home is, inside a secured community. Motor-Vault calls them garage suites. You own the space outright rather than renting it, and you can finish it however you like.
Is a garage suite the same as a motor condo or garage condo?
Yes. Car condo, motor condo, garage condo and toy garage all describe the same idea. At Motor-Vault Shea & 101, each suite is planned as individually deeded real estate, paired with a members-only clubhouse.
Do I own the suite or rent it?
Suites are planned to be sold as deeded ownership, titled in your name. That is different from Scottsdale car clubs that rent storage space on a monthly membership.
What can I store in a Motor-Vault garage suite?
Collector and exotic cars, daily drivers, motorcycles, boats, RVs, off-road vehicles and other toys. Many owners also add a lounge, workshop or mezzanine after closing.
Where is Motor-Vault Shea & 101?
It is planned near Shea Boulevard and Loop 101 in central Scottsdale, minutes from Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, North Scottsdale and the Scottsdale Airpark. The street address will be shared with the waitlist once the city assigns it.
