Acknowledgment and assumption of risk. I acknowledge that alcoholic beverages may be served and consumed at this event. I understand that drinking alcohol is entirely voluntary and carries inherent risks, including impaired judgment, physical injury, illness, property damage, accidents and legal consequences. I confirm that I am of legal drinking age (21 or older) and will drink responsibly. I agree not to drive or do anything that may endanger myself or others while under the influence of alcohol.

Release of liability. In exchange for being allowed to attend this event, I release and hold harmless Motor-Vault USA LLC and its directors, officers, owners, members, employees, agents, affiliates and event vendors from any and all liability, claims, damages, demands, legal actions or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that I or my property may suffer while at this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and defend Motor-Vault USA LLC and its directors, officers, owners, members, employees, agents, affiliates and event vendors against any claims brought by third parties arising from my actions, including excessive drinking, disorderly conduct or breaking any law or regulation.

Personal responsibility. I am responsible for my own transportation and will not drive while under the influence of alcohol. I understand that Motor-Vault USA LLC does not provide transportation or monitor how much anyone drinks, and that I alone am responsible for acting responsibly and within the law.

Medical treatment. In a medical emergency, I authorize Motor-Vault USA LLC or people it designates to seek medical treatment for me, and I am responsible for any costs of that treatment.

Acknowledgment of understanding. I have read this waiver and understand its terms. By checking the box and submitting this RSVP with my name, I agree to it freely and voluntarily, intending to be legally bound, and I understand I am giving up certain legal rights. This waiver also covers each guest I RSVP for, and I will share it with them.
