Pre-Construction Reservations
Forty-eight suites. Shaped before they are built.
Lakeside @ Lake Keowee is planned as 48 deeded garage suites across four buildings. That is the whole community. There is no phase two on this parcel, so the mix that gets reserved early is the mix that gets built.
Reserving before construction is the only window in which the box itself can still change. Once walls go up, a suite is the size it is. Reservation holders work with us on layout while the buildings are still on paper. Every option below is available at the same stage, and none is a premium tier. Which one you can take depends only on what is still open.
Early reservation options
20′ × 50′
25′ × 50′
30′ × 50′
1,000 to 1,500 sq ft. One oversized door, 50 feet of depth. The standard suite in every building.
40′ to 60′ wide
× 50′ deep
Reserve any two adjacent suites and drop the wall between them. Two 25s open into 50′ × 50′. Two 30s give the full 60′ × 50′. Mixed pairs work the same way, so a 30 beside a 25 lands at 55′ × 50′. Two doors across the front.
100′ × 30′
Building B is 100 feet deep, so two suites reserved back to back become one 3,000 sq ft pull-through, 100 feet long by 30 feet wide, with a door at each end. Drive in one side, out the other, and never reverse a trailer again.
Pairs are not the limit. Any run of adjacent suites can be combined, in any mix of sizes, as long as they are still unreserved. Three 30s side by side make 90′ × 50′. Four bays in Building B make a 100′ × 60′ pull-through, the largest the plan allows.
Which combinations are possible depends entirely on what is still open when you reserve. Once the suite next to the one you want is spoken for, that pairing is gone. That is the practical reason to be early, not a sales line.

Suite count, unit mix, sizes, and the availability of any particular combination are preliminary and subject to change as design and permitting progress. Combining suites requires that the adjacent suites be unreserved at the time of reservation, and combinations are limited to suites within the same building. Customization is subject to community guidelines, structural review, and local code. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a reservation of a specific suite.

Can I build a mezzanine or kitchenette?
Yes – units are mezzanine-ready. Customization options available within community guidelines and local code. These are not residential.
Can I combine two suites?
Yes, while adjacent suites are still unreserved. Any two adjacent suites open into a single space: two 25s make 50′ × 50′, two 30s make 60′ × 50′, and mixed pairs work too. Longer runs of three or more are possible while the suites are open. In Building B, which is 100 feet deep, two suites back to back become a 100′ × 30′ pull-through with a door at each end. Combinations are easiest to arrange before construction, which is why the priority list matters.
What can be stored?
Boats, luxury cars, RVs, motorcycles, ATVs/UTVs, trailers, lake gear, and tailgating equipment.
